If you have been in advertising and marketing (digital/ non-digital) and have been interacting with senior marketing people at various clients, and helping them plan their marketing activities and budgets, and this new form of advertising is something that you feel is the future – we have an opportunity for you to bring about this change. You would typically have worked for 6 – 10 years in brand marketing, or in an advertising agency or in a digital agency or some combination of all this. You are an entrepreneur at heart and want to change the way advertsing has been done for all these years. You always have a larger picture and a game plan about how to succeed along with your team in your individual domains of the organisation.

- You have a knack for brand advertising and communications.
- You’re a digital enthusiast , new developments in this field enthuse you and you are an active netizen.
- You love big challenges and you sense big shifts – you KNOW that the old advertising order is going the way of the Dinosaur and that Digital is the future.
- You push hard for results – you can translate strategies and plans into winning action.
- You’re pretty good at number crunching/ analysis & deriving meaningful action.
- You have an eye for detail & passion for perfection – you won’t let crap get by you.
- You are a thought leader, a strategiser and an effective implementer.
- To top it all, you have the knack of putting together, nurturing and leading a team that can turn your plans to reality and grow along with the organisation.
Your task at hand:
- Representing and growing Pinstorm brand in your region.
- Identifying potential clients and starting relationships with them. To nurture these relationships through efficient deliveries and commitment to their brands.
- Providing strategic inputs to clients’ marketing problems and become a trusted marketing partner to them.
- Spotting crisp marketing objectives out of oft-muddled briefs and then help architect innovative digital marketing solutions to reach that objective.
- Understanding the client and his target audience deeply - perhaps even better than him/her. And you can plan campaigns accordingly.
- Directing the teams for a spotless and successful implementation of your plans. Execution makes all teh difference.
- To take care of your team, region, operations and everything else that comes with a branch-head role.
Timing: Immediate
