We’re thrilled to bits to have Carolina James Bajaj join us as our Head of Corporate Communications.

CJ, as she’s been called since her days as a radio jockey, has over 8 years of corporate communications experience and was last in a senior position at a leading PR firm, where she handled Sify.com, the Internet and Online Association of India and other tech-driven clients.

We can’t divulge numbers here - but we have a pretty happy client in this leading sharebroking firm, for whom we’ve tripled the leads generated in just the last month alone.

What did it? A few things - BroadWords really worked here - going wider than ever before; and also using graphic and banner ads in addition to the usual text links.

And, yes - the stock market has been booming in India too!

Are we the first India-based marketing or advertising firm to set up offices in Singapore?

We don’t know for sure, but it does look like it.

We have temporary digs now at 11-13, Block 20, Simei Street 1, Singapore 529944.

Will be moving into a slightly more permanent - and hopefully, bigger - home soon.

Just in case there are people who stumble on here and want to know if we’re hiring - yes, we are.

We’ve grown like mad, have a couple of dozen clients already around the world, and are moving to an office 3 times the size in less than a year of our getting started.

We need people - and how!

We’re looking for, in no particular order:

* Math / Stats Adepts: People with a deep understanding of optimization and linear programming. A talent for writing code would be an added advantage. Come here to invent the algorithms that will change the world (of marketing, at least!)

* Brand Managers / Executives: You feel like you’re a one-man (or one-woman) marketing army: come aboard to handle some of the world’s leading brands. Make your brands win globally in a “full-rewards-for-full-responsibility” environment.

* Business Development folks: You’ve handled clients and/or media buyers and can hold their hands over the phone. And they love you in return. Come to us to work with some of the world’s leading marketers and agencies.
