Team Lead - Delivery - (Mumbai)

Add to that, some project management & team-handling skills and you're cut out for leading teams in our global delivery centre at Mumbai.

Skills - We're not asking for you to have any fancy qualifications or recommendations. All you need to have is:

• Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning.
• You have a passion for the internet and online marketing – you believe the traditional world of media has played its course and digital is the future.
• You’re a good leader, a mentor to your team mates and a quick learner to adapt to the changes.
• A keenness to grow your career in Mumbai

So, what exactly would be expected from you?:

• A passion for online marketing along with the drive to motivate a team with people from all functions.
• You will be responsible for the revenues & margins for your team - being numbers savvy wouldn't hurt!
• You may be leading a team aligned with our offices not just in India, but globally. So, you need to understand your geography well.
• Basic knowledge of all online media ranging from SEO, PPC, SMM, display, mobile - just enough to make sure you can guide your team members.
• It's not just about planning a campaign but about execution as well. Project management skills a plus!
