Designers - (Mumbai)

You're fascinated by award winning creative ideas. You are a person with strong design aesthetics, an individual who's passionate about expressing through visuals and don't necessarily need words to do so. You breathe in the internet and online marketing space.

Skills:

• 3-5 years of relevant design experience.
• Web design skills like Photoshop‚ Flash and CSS / HTML / Dreamweaver are mandatory. Your ability to think is more important than your knowledge of these tools - we can help you learn the latter. We can't do much if you're primarily a Photoshop operator. We need design thinkers, not tool experts.
• It will be an added advantage if you hail from the old school of thought - a Fine Arts graduate.

Your task at hand:

• To generate creative executions that tie with the core communication idea for each client.
• To work with the communication partners in each team: Writer, SEM specialist, SMM specialist, Analyst to create compelling and result-driving communication for clients.
• To be responsible for all visual communication that expresses the communication needs of the client.
• This includes:
  • Concept for search engines
  • Concept and design for Banners
  • iii. Concept and design for landing pages, including CSS, basic coding, form compliance, form validation, tags, bot-friendly design, loading times…
  • iv. Concept and design for videos and virals
  • Concept and design for videos and virals
  • Concept and design for Widgets
  • Concept and design for Email / SMS program
  • All other written communication on a client's behalf
  • To continuously change, modify and improve all communications on a client's behalf to increase response, revenues and profitability on a business.
