Media Buyer and Planner - (Mumbai)

You're an individual with passion for research and numbers. With your research and analytical strengths you would like to make a difference to our organisation. Come and be a team lead for the Media Buying and Planning at Pinstorm. You will be responsible for developing media strategies, conducting media research, creating media plans and ensuring optimization of campaigns. You will be responsible for targeting and communicating to the right audience, finding and tracking customers online for our clients. You will be responsible to manage relationships with vendors and publishers in the interest of Pinstorm.

Skills - We're not asking for you to have any fancy qualifications or recommendations. All you need to have is:

• Strong in verbal, numerical, analytical and strategic reasoning.
• A passion for numbers.
• You're keen to grow your career in Mumbai.
• You're a quick learner.
• At least 3 - 4 yrs of relevant work-experience, of which at least 2 year in online media.

Your task at hand:

• Meeting client's campaign objectives.
• Strategising a media pan and media research.
• Making a complete comprehensive online media plans.
• Ensure campaign planning to ensure detailed analysis of the requirements, consumer behaviour.
• A good knowledge of ad networks, web portals, content sites, niche audience sites will be important.
• Negotiations with the publishers, ensuring best placements and pricing for all our clients.
• Campaign tracking and optimization including shifting ad impressions, discontinuing placements or buys, and/or swapping out ad creative.
• Reporting & Analysis on campaigns tracking spreadsheet analysis
  for review.
