FINANCE / ADMINISTRATION
You would be responsible for putting financial/administrative systems in place in a young, growing MNC of 45 plus people.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in service industry.
- Very good working knowledge of Tally/Excel/Internet
- Job responsibilities: Regular accounts - Expenditure and Revenue; Banking and petty cash.
- Collation and preparation of monthly financial statements/MIS.
- Maintaining profitable vendor relations
- Taking care of statutory compliance like TDS/VAT/Service Tax etc
- Administration of office space
- Hotel/Travel Booking(Local/Outstation/International)
- Maintaining basic hygiene levels in the office
- Overlooking repairs, facilities management etc
- The position is based in Mumbai
