FINANCE / ADMINISTRATION

You would be responsible for putting financial/administrative systems in place in a young, growing MNC of 45 plus people.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in service industry.
  • Very good working knowledge of Tally/Excel/Internet
  • Job responsibilities: Regular accounts - Expenditure and Revenue; Banking and petty cash.
  • Collation and preparation of monthly financial statements/MIS.
  • Maintaining profitable vendor relations
  • Taking care of statutory compliance like TDS/VAT/Service Tax etc
  • Administration of office space
  • Hotel/Travel Booking(Local/Outstation/International)
  • Maintaining basic hygiene levels in the office
  • Overlooking repairs, facilities management etc
  • The position is based in Mumbai
  • Pay Package-Competitive
