Web Designers
We need designers at all levels of seniority. You must have an affinity for the web, and know your way around it. A Fine Art degree or a Web Design qualification aren’t mandatory, as long as you can show us that you know enough about both not to need a piece of paper.
You must be reasonably comfortable with web design software (Dreamweaver is our tool of choice), image manipulation programs (We  Photoshop) and know your Javascript from your filter kapi.
Profile
- A netizen and someone who has been on the web for a while
- 3-5 yrs experience
- Someone who has some online URLs of his/her work to show or a decent portfolio
- Someone who knows how to use FTP tools
- Must know how to work with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of CorelDraw, Flash, JavaScript and programming concepts would be a added bonus
- Someone who has a knack of grasping concepts quickly
- Someone who knows what amazon.com and google.com is and how they work
- Someone who knows the difference between a blog and a forum
- With communication Industry experience
- Willingness to experiment
- Experience doing image and webpage optimization
- A passion for doing Clean, elegant design
- A yen for analysing products and brands, developing their personality and relationships with target audiences
