Practitioners, not presenters.

Pinstorm is built on the principle that the people doing the work should be personally accountable for the results it produces. Our team is composed entirely of practitioners — strategists who have managed real ad budgets, analysts who track every dollar to revenue, and creatives who write campaigns measured by conversion, not applause.

We do not employ account managers who relay information between clients and unnamed "execution teams". Every person at Pinstorm who touches your engagement is directly responsible for the outcomes they drive. This is what skin in the game looks like at the individual level: when the firm earns only on results, every person on the team is motivated by the same scorecard.

The result is a team of unusually senior, unusually capable people — because juniors who are not yet accountable for outcomes do not belong in an outcome-based firm.
