An established e-commerce player in the fashion accessories category had plateaued at $240K in annual revenue for three years. They had a good product range and loyal existing customers but couldn't crack acquisition at scale.

We took revenue share and rebuilt their entire acquisition stack. We overhauled their creative strategy, rebuilt their Meta and Google campaigns from scratch, launched a YouTube funnel, and redesigned the conversion experience on site.

Revenue reached $2M within 12 months — a 9× increase. Their cost per acquisition fell from $22 to $5. Repeat purchase rate increased from 22% to 41% following retention work we did in parallel.
