We combined product-led growth mechanics with performance marketing. We rebuilt their onboarding funnel to enable a true freemium motion, launched targeted LinkedIn and Google campaigns for their ICP, and built a content engine that drove organic signups.

MRR tripled in 8 months. Organic now accounts for 38% of new signups, up from under 5%. Their CAC:LTV ratio improved from 1:2.8 to 1:5.1.
